The sci-fi horror tracks on this EP were inspired by the Alien films and the Alien vs Predator and Metroid video games, among other things.

I have made an ambient and a combat version of the Alien Infestation track. The combat version was made by adding additional layers to the ambient version, so that they share a common basis and thus a game could smoothly crossfade between them at any point. It is a simple form of interactive music.
